Documents required for the form:

      • EU citizens: CRUE (Certificate of Registration for EU citizens).
      • Non-EU citizens: Residency card or AIMA confirmation + rental agreement.
    • For other addresses: Proof of address and, if applicable, a residency card.
  3. NIF Certificate: A copy of your NIF certificate.
